Olivia’s mom wrote: “Olivia and Lacy recently heard the Yell & Tell message. They put the steps they had learned into action last week Tuesday while having a play date at our house. Olivia’s sister Hailey had a friend over and while they were riding bikes on a gravel road Hailey and Lily collided into each other. There wasn’t an adult nearby so Olivia and Lacy raced back to the house and yelled that the girls had crashed and one was bleeding and on the ground crying. This allowed me to be aware of the situation and I was able to respond to the scene immediately. Lily was pretty scraped up and bloody, but I was able to clean her up and apply neosporin to the wounded areas. Olivia and Lacy instantly informed me that they felt I should contact you because they had used Yell & Tell. I am so happy they were listening!”
