Natalie is a 7 year old youngster who learned Yell and Tell from her mother. One day while she and her foster sister were sitting in a hot tub, her foster sister took off her life jacket and put her legs through the arm holes. Everyone laughed until she slipped off the seat and went into the deeper water. Her head went down and her legs went up. She was upside down in the water. She got her head up out of the water once, but then she went under again and the life jacket made her legs go up and her top of her body go down. Natalie knew what to do and was just about to Yell Help as loud as she could when her mother saw what was happening and pulled her foster child up and out of the water. She told her never to play around with her life jacket again because it is made for her arms and to keep her head out of the water so she can breathe.
