Harper learned Yell and Tell at her school from Dare Officer Nick who teaches Yell and Tell to children in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. She is a Yell and Tell Hero for when she heard a lady calling for HELP, she ran to some older girls and they all went to check out who was yelling. The older lady had gotten out of her car and not put it in park. The car started rolling and the lady fell under the car. Her foot was stuck under the tire. Harper is a Yell and Tell Hero for taking action when hearing someone in trouble.
